1,815 pages, $3T package includes another round of stimulus payments, an extension to the extra $600/week with unemployment…and as a nod to business… A separate provision would provide subsidies through January for workers to maintain employer-sponsored coverage for people who lose their jobs or are furloughed.
Will we ever see THIS bill become law…no chance…since the release of the details House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has since called it a starting point. I sure hope so, another $3T on top of the nearly $3T we’ve already spent could do some serious long term damage to our economy. Of course, the flip side is this virus, if as deadly as some say, could also severly stunt our efforts to get the economy back to where it was before COVID-19.
